Sorry, but this bootscreen is designed for the use with the "TuneUp Utilities" software suite [link] . Unfortunatelly, it is no freeware, but even though it is very popular and widely used. I implies the soc. TuneUp Styler, which makes creating and applying bootscreens quite simple.
